画像のアルファベット26文字＋４つの数字記号の中から、好きな文字を選んで、オンラインストア購入時の「備考欄」に希望を書いてください。
例：3文字の場合 ① Y O U ② W I N
4文字の場合 ① HOPE ② LOVE
※一番左の文字から順に【上→下】で制作。
購入から約１～２ヶ月以内にお届けします。
オーダーメイド品につき限定個数の販売となります。SOLDとなった場合は次回の販売をお待ちください。

（１）オーダーメイドのため、購入後の「文字の変更」「キャンセル」は受け付けません。文字の並びをきちんと考えてから購入手続きをしてください。
Each earrings are tailor-made ONLY FOR YOU. We do not accept any change/cancel with any reason after purchase. Please consider and fix the letters sequence before order.
（２）個別に急ぎのご要望にお応えすることはできません。十分な余裕を持ってオーダーをお願いします。
Please order with room. We cannot accept each individual’s urgent request. Especially for oversea orders, you need time for shipment. Thank you for your kind patience.
（３）１文字ずつ職人が最適と考えるかたちで組み上げるので、パーツのサイズや取り付け位置が変わることがあります。またハンドメイドなので、新品でも目を凝らせば多少の擦れはありますことご了承ください。
Each letter is assembled in the way the craftsman thinks best, the position and size of parts may change. Please understand even brand-new, there would be very small rubbing on surface by hand-made.
（４）オーダー品のため、イメージ違いなどお客様都合による返品はお受けできません。

（５）ピアスのみの展開です。ピンバッチ代わりにするなど、ホールのない方はご自身で工夫をお願いします。

（６）各アルファベットでピアスポストの位置に差が出るため、選ばれた文字次第では、着用した際に高さが左右対象とはなりません。個性としてお楽しみください。
The position of the piercing post will be different on each alphabet. Accordingly, Some of them won’t be symmetric on the left/right side. Please just enjoy its uniqueness.
（７）有名ブランド名でのオーダーはお受けしません。オーダーいただいた場合は断りなくキャンセル処理をいたします。（例：CHANEL、GUCCIなど）
We do not receive orders of famous brand names (ex: CHANEL, GUCCI etc.). We will cancel your order without any notice.
（８）エコ包装です。ギフト包装は行なっておりません。
